The Malheur Commission on Children and Families (MCCF) is a State and Federally funded agency whose primary purpose is to assist in the collaboration effort for planning for children and families in Malheur County. The Malheur Commission on Children and Families is guided by County Court and the Oregon Commission on Children and Families. Furthermore, the Commission maintains a Board of both professionals and lay citizens. A lay citizen is a person who is not employed by or receiving income from a public or private agency offering direct services to children and families.
